It occurs to me (partly because my fiction writing is usually cyberpunk) that the idea of “supercharging” is still somewhat under-utilized. Â Replacing an entire eye might be more problematic than juicing the bodies existing systems to make the existing eye perform better (which is some of the underlying logic behind this technology).
